A dog named Charlie has only one thing on his mind – how to make money, at any cost, even if that would mean tricking or playing someone. Except his loyal and only friend Itchy of course, who often unwillingly accepts Charlie's thoughtless ideas. Carface's conspiracy, a dog that Charlie considered a friend, leads to Charlie's death and him going to Heaven, because, as he finds out there "Unlike humans, dogs have good nature. That is why they go to Heaven." Charlie escapes Heaven and meets Anne-Marie – a girl that can talk to animals and that can help him: to earn money at animal races or even something more important in life.
