Dangers for Dogs in Wilderness
Diseases, climate catastrophes, food deficiencies, other predators, even the prey itself can represent danger for dogs. Wild canids must be very cautious while hunting moose, bison, muskox... since their sharp hoofs and antlers can fatally injure them.
Grown male moose is exceptionally huge, 2m high at the shoulder and weighing as ten wolves. It has strong antlers and hoofs. By hitting or jabbing they can crush wolf's scull and toss it high in the air. One reckless move can leave a wolf stabbed or stumped over to death.

Endangerment is various, more or less cruel, immediate or direct. dangers can be categorized as:
a) Battues – banishing, bullying and killing of animals
b) Violation of habitats – cutting forests down and taking over areas where animals live
